When will my order ship?

We provide an estimated delivery date for your order during the shipping selection in the checkout process. This estimated date is not guaranteed. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with the tracking information, letting you know

Which days do you deliver packages on?

Most of our orders are delivered by FedEx, and they deliver packages Monday−Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Reference the estimated delivery date in checkout. Note: Shipments are only picked up Monday−Friday.

Free Shipping on All Orders*

Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders of $55 or more. Orders that contain only the 3-hat travel case do not qualify for free shipping. Gift cards and stickers are excluded. Once payment is verified, most orders ship within one busine

Where will my order ship from?

All of our orders are shipped from our Distribution Center in San Diego, CA

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We ship all of our orders with FedEx and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box at checkout your order will be held until we can verify a physical shipping address for you.
